We are especially worried of bringing into the company people with a high human capital so we all can take advantage of this. In this sense, the balance between the technical and human sides is the essence of the quality in the service provided.

Own organisation is the other pillar of a consulting boutique company. We cannot transform others´ organisation if we are not first fine tuned ourselves. We believe that the best mirror where our clients can look at themselves is our own Company. Although, they may belong to other business sectors we can always share the same employees’ enthusiasm, lean internal processes and the quality of the finished product.
