Chinese folk wisdom has a saying that has been repeated ad nauseam: every crisis is an opportunity. This is not to say that crises are to be welcomed, as they are, whether we like it or not, a time of social, economic and even personal heartbreak. But it is true that every period of crisis leaves behind innumerable changes that in some cases represent progress in many areas and progress for the world.

In some cases they speak of the unstoppable trend of e-health, in others they diagnose gaps that could narrow in this time, and in others they give us clear figures on consumption patterns. In all cases, they talk about the reasons for a comprehensive digital transformation, however long it takes to happen: more efficiency, greater convenience and a better customer experience.

These are some of the digital 'facts' of this unprecedented health, logistical and economic crisis:

Data: multiple origins.
