Together with Angel, they bring extensive experience in serving our clients, reinforcing our value proposition to provide solutions to companies throughout the tourism value chain in their various needs. Our objective is clear and decisive: to support their recovery and subsequent growth, confirming the importance of this industry as a major driver of the economic model of all markets, both nationally and internationally, where we are also present. We continue to expand our client portfolio, which includes a large number of travel agencies, tour operators, and bedbanks, hotel chains, airlines, mobility companies, technology companies in the industry, leisure and catering firms, as well as a large number of tourist destinations that ask us for help in transforming and adapting to the times ahead. We specialize in designing strategic plans for sustainable tourism, thus closing the circle of a new way of approaching tourism in the future.

José Ignacio Sánchez Butragueño has expressed his "tremendous excitement" at taking on this new challenge, adding that "BRAINTRUST is not a consulting firm like any other." I have been impressed by the enthusiasm, humility, flexibility, approachability, and work ethic of the entire team, from the partners to the consultants and analysts. My goal is to put all these values at the service of clients in the hotel and leisure sector, together with the firm's strength in strategic, analytical, technological, and transformation capabilities, contributing my experience, knowledge, and vision from the client's perspective as a differentiating factor compared to other firms, which tend to fall into somewhat rigid and insular consulting formats, to help companies recover from the crisis generated by COVID and strengthen themselves with a strong focus on future growth through revenue generation, profitability maximization, digitalization, sustainability, and experience improvement."
