Founding partner and CEO of the firm, Juan Bosco holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and is a member of the Educational Cooperation Program of this University. In his professional career of more than 25 years in the consulting world in different firms, he has led national and international projects in the field of strategy, competitive intelligence and customer experience, in sectors such as telecommunications, insurance, energy, banking, health and retail. Juan-Bosco currently leads the Strategy and Competitive Intelligence practice at Brain Trust CS and is responsible for the firm's Insurance and Energy sectors. In his professional career, Juan-Bosco has been Independent Advisor to the Management Committee of the General Council of Lawyers and independent member of the Board of Directors in several business groups.

JOSE MANUEL BRELL

José Manuel, international partner of the firm, is together with Juan-Bosco de la Rocha and José Luis Ruíz, founding member of the firm, assuming from the beginning the Project Management in the area of Market Research and Quantitative Models. José Manuel holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Carlos III University and a degree in Business Administration and Management from the UNED, as well as an M.B.A. from the I.E. Business School. His extensive and outstanding academic background is complemented by training in CRM, Operations Research, Market Research and Process Control. In his teaching role, José Manuel is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Business Economics and Statistics at the University Carlos III of Madrid and has also been an Associate Professor in the Customer Experience Program, co-authoring the book "Customer Experience" published by LID in collaboration with the I.E. Business School. He is currently the Partner responsible for the practice of Quantitative Studies and Models applied to the advanced management of customers, products and markets, with successful cases led in European and Latin American countries in important sectors such as Telecommunications, Banking and Payment Methods, Insurance, Energy, Health&Wellness, and Tourism, among others.

JOSE LUIS RUIZ

José Luis, international partner and founding member of Brain Trust CS, is currently responsible for the Customer Experience Management, Digital Transformation and Advanced Operations Management practices in the firm. José Luis holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, as well as a certification as an information systems auditor by ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association), a PS in Customer Experience Management and a European Certificate in Relationship Marketing by ESIC. He also has teaching experience at UPM and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, as well as having worked for several years as an associate professor in the Customer Experience Program at IE Business School. José Luis has published articles in conferences and national and international journals and is co-author of the book "Customer Experience" (Editorial LID, 2015), developed by Brain Trust CS in collaboration with the I.E. Business School. His fields of expertise include the impact of Customer Experience on the processes and technological infrastructures of organizations and digital transformation.

GABRIEL PAGOLA

Gabriel Pagola, International Partner of the firm, is responsible for BrainTrust - CS operations in Latin America since September 2006. Prior to taking charge of the creation of the offices in this region, he has collaborated in the creation of the consulting areas specialized in Advanced Customer Management and Customer Experience, leading consulting and advisory projects in digital transformation, and Business Processes linked to the end user. Throughout his career, he has taken up residence in Argentina, Portugal, Spain, and France, leading negotiation missions and alliances for his clients in South Africa, the United States, Italy, and Brazil. Gabriel Pagola has a degree in Systems Analysis from the National University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and has been teaching Mathematical Models and Operations Research at this university for more than 4 years. Currently he is also an Associate Professor at IE Business School - Madrid (Spain).

ANGEL Gª BUTRAGUEÑO

Ángel García Butragueño joined Brain Trust CS in March 2009 as head of the Tourism and Leisure division, with the aim of contributing to the development, growth and diversification of the firm, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience in the tourism industry. His mission is to promote high value consultancy in companies and institutions of the Tourism Sector in Spain and Portugal in order to promote their development, innovation, competitiveness, differential values and profitability. Ángel has held various positions of responsibility in different companies and sectorial groups of great prestige. His professional career includes different areas of responsibility in American Express, reaching the General Management in 2001. He was European Vice President of American Express Business Travel in 2005 in order to design the company's strategy in various European markets. He was also a member of the Management Committee of American Express Spain. He was appointed President of GEBTA, the largest business travel trade group in Spain in 2007 and 2008. Ángel holds a degree in Business Techniques and Tourism Activities and an MBA from IESE (University of Navarra), completing his training with different programs in customer management, process management, strategic marketing, strategic management and coaching and team leadership.

MANUEL SUAREZ

Manuel Suárez, collaborator with Brain Trust since the beginning of the firm, is also Associate Director of Brain Trust CS since the beginning of 2009 for the Organization and HR practice. Manuel has more than 20 years of experience in strategic and process consulting, as well as in the areas of Organization, Human Resources and Quality. Since his incorporation he has expanded his field of action to projects in the area of Competitive Intelligence and Customer Experience Management. He has participated and led projects in different sectors, especially in the Telco sector. Manuel is also the Head of the Communication and People area of Brain Trust since 2016, being part of the Advisory Committee of the firm since its inception. Manuel holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from UCM, and has extensive specialized training in the areas of Industrial Organization, Human Resources and Quality. He also holds a PS Diploma in Customer Experience Management from ICEMD-ESIC, and a European Certificate in Relationship Marketing also from ICEMD-ESIC. TOMÁS IBÁÑEZ

Tomás Ibáñez is Associate Director and International Senior Consultant of the firm since July 2010. He is an expert in Customer Experience Management at an international level. Tomás holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Oviedo and a Master in HR Management from ICADE (Madrid). To his credit and within his field of professional specialization, he holds the Certification in "Workforce Management, Call Center IT Management & Call Quality monitoring and Coaching", by Purdue University, the College of Call Center Excellence, as well as the Certificate in "Customer Experience Management",taught in this case by the G-Cem of London (UK), being a member of the Customer Experience Professional Association (CXPA). He participates as an Associate Professor in the Customer Experience Program at IE Business School and is co-author of the book "Customer Experience" published by Editorial Lid.

JOAQUÍN GUIRAO

Joaquín Guirao -or Kiko as he likes to be called- joins BRAINTRUST in March 2022 as Associate Director, to drive business development and corporate development with a global reach. Kiko Guirao began his adventure in the world of design in the 90s as general manager at Teknoland, one of the first digital agencies in Spain, where they designed projects for the Internet and nobody -almost not even they themselves- knew what a digital product was. Then, in 2001, he co-founded DNX with a focus on usability and interaction design. He grew and developed the company into a large innovation and strategic design consultancy, finishing off his global vocation by merging with other European companies and creating Designit, one of the European benchmarks in the Strategic Design sector, where he has been for the last 22 years. Kiko holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master in Financial Markets from the Carlos III Business School.

JOSE IGNACIO SANCHEZ BUTRAGUEÑO

José Ignacio brings a deep knowledge of the tourism and leisure sector, where he has developed his professional career since 2000, playing management roles in different companies internationally, as well as strategic advisory functions in "big four" consulting firms. He is an expert in commercial strategy, pricing, marketing and business development and his mission is to bring that experience, know-how and global vision to our clients, with a special focus on revenue generation, maximizing profitability, digitalization, sustainability and improving the customer experience.

Prior to joining Braintrust in 2021, he has worked as Senior Advisor at Deloitte for the Travel sector, Vice President Revenue Strategy at NH Hotel Hotel Group, Global Director Revenue Management & Distribution at Parques Reunidos and Director Revenue Management - EMEA at Meliá Hotels International. He has also been a member of the International Advisory Board of Leading Hotels of the World and the technology company Duetto and is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Playback, a leading technology for the ticketing sector. In addition, José Ignacio is an Associate Professor at IE Business School, and collaborates in different tourism Masters with the URJC, Politécnica de Madrid, IFFE Business School and Ostelea. He holds a Diploma in Documentation from the Complutense University, a Diploma in Tourism Business from the UNED and a Postgraduate Degree in International Hotel Management from Les Roches and in Digital Marketing from ESIC.

CHRISTIAN PALACIOS

Associate Director of the firm since November 2015, Cristian currently develops Artificial Intelligence projects applied to Customer Experience and Sales. With over 25 years of experience, Cristian has led successful projects in the field of strategy, marketing and business intelligence, mainly in companies in the telecommunications, banking, insurance, retail and technology services sectors.

Cristian is also a professor at the School of Management of the Catholic University of Chile, Master in Business Administration from HEC (Paris) and Industrial Civil Engineer from the University of Chile. In his international professional career, he has also carried out missions in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Argentina, Peru and Chile.

LUIS E. CORTÉS

Luis is a professional with more than 10 years of experience in the hotel industry, specialized in revenue management, commercial strategy and operations. He has developed his career in leading companies such as Meliá Hotels International and NH Hotel Group, at an international level. He stands out for his business vision and his great ability to analyze and evaluate the market, define strategies and maximize product profitability, with a strong commercial and pricing focus, as well as forecasting, market analysis, budgeting and profitability analysis.

FABIAN GONZALEZ

After a few years combining his work at Toshiba with his studies in Telecommunications Engineering, he decided to turn his life around and graduated at the top of his class in Hotel Management from the UAH. Since then, more than 20 years ago, he has played different roles in the tourism industry linked to hotel technology and innovation.

After 6 years leading the ICT department of the Instituto Tecnológico Hotelero, in 2014 he founded The Digital Band, a boutique firm of Marketing and development of digital products for tourism companies, which he combines with his functions as Analyst for the Spanish market of Phocuswright.

In 2018 he created the Forward_Travel project, whose objective is to develop the luxury segment in emerging destinations, which he now develops at Braintrust as Director of the Luxury Area. A regular speaker at conferences in the tourism sector, he also collaborates with different Universities and business schools.

RACHEL REYES

Raquel Reyes has a degree in Art History from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and is an expert in Cultural Tourism Heritage from the Universidad de Cádiz and in Quality Standards. She also has postgraduate studies in applied statistics by the UNED, which has allowed her to actively participate in BI projects related to the development of quantitative models and data analysis in different sectors.
Currently Sr. Manager of the firm, with fifteen years of experience in consulting, specializing in experience delivered through face-to-face and remote channels. He has participated in numerous projects related to "Customer Experience Management" and "customer service operations" in sectors such as Telco, Banking, Energy and Insurance as well as in "strategy design" for the tourism sector, focusing on both the traveler and the quality of life of the inhabitants themselves.
Previously and during a period of more than 10 years, he held positions of responsibility in analysis and improvement of services in companies such as IZO Systems and Grupo Publicep.

MARIO DARNA

Senior Manager of the firm, he holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, specializing in Industrial Organization. Since 2008 he has been involved in Competitive Intelligence, Market Research and Strategic Consulting projects for large corporations in the Telco, Insurance, Energy, Logistics and Distribution sectors, among others. Prior to joining BRAINTRUST, Mario has had experience as an internal consultant in GrupoTelefónica (Strategic Innovation Management and Internal Customer Management division) and in the aeronautical industry, within the Airbus EADS CASA Group.

AGUSTIN ALCAZAR

Senior manager at Brain Trust, he holds a degree in Mathematics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He is part of BRAINTRUST since 2008, being in charge of the team of analysts specialized in research and data mining. He is currently leading projects in some of the main national companies in Telecommunications, Tourism and Banking. Prior to joining BRAINTRUST, Agustín developed his professional career at the National Institute of Statistics (INE), performing analysis and dissemination of information in different areas.

After more than 15 years of experience in HR projects, she joins BRAINTRUST where she carries out the development and implementation of consulting projects in different areas of the firm, both in areas of strategic consulting and Competitive Intelligence for various sectors: energy, insurance, telecommunications and automotive.

GUILHEM GOT

Guilhem is a senior engineer in applied mathematics. After ten years of experience in software engineering, he specialized in people-centered innovation methodologies and digital product design. Since then, he has been involved in solution design, from user research to usability evaluation through design and prototyping of graphical and conversational interfaces. His background in software engineering gives him a plus when it comes to supporting technical teams in the implementation of designs. He joined the BRAINTRUST team in 2014 participating in strategic and interface definition projects applying the best practices of people-centered design.

GLORIA LOPEZ

Diploma in Tourism and International Postgraduate Degree in Hotel Management from Cesar Ritz University, Switzerland. More than 20 years of experience as Director of Revene Management in various companies, both national and international. She stands out for her great ability to analyze and evaluate the business, define strategies and maximize product profitability without losing sight of the customer experience. In addition, she has a deep knowledge in the opening and pre-opening of hotels, including international experiences. Passionate about training, she participates annually as a lecturer of RM in the Master of Revenue Management at URJC and as head of the RM module in the Master of Hospitality at TBS Barcelona.
