Founding partner andCEOof the firm, Juan Bosco holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid and is a member of the university's Educational Cooperation Program. In his professional career spanning more than 25 years in the world of consulting at different firms, he has led national and international projects in the field ofstrategy,competitive intelligence, andcustomer experience in sectors such as telecommunications, insurance, energy, banking, healthcare, and retail. Juan-Bosco currently heads theStrategy and Competitive Intelligence practices at Brain Trust CS, where he is responsible for the Insurance and Energy sectors. During his professional career, Juan-Bosco has been an Independent Advisor to the Management Committee of the General Council of Spanish Lawyers and an independent member of the Board of Directors of various business groups.

JOSE MANUEL BRELL

José Manuel, international partner of the firm, is, together with Juan-Bosco de la Rocha and José Luis Ruíz, afounding memberof the firm, assuming from the outset the management of projects in the area ofMarket Studies and Quantitative Models. José Manuel holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Carlos III University and a degree in Business Administration and Management from UNED, as well as an MBA from I.E. Business School. His extensive and distinguished academic record is complemented by training in CRM, Operations Research, Market Research, and Process Control. In his teaching role, José Manuel is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Business Economics and Statistics at Carlos III University in Madrid, as well as having served as an associate professor in the Customer Experience Program. He is also co-author of the book "Customer Experience" published by LID in collaboration with the I.E. Business School. He is currently the partner responsible for the practice ofQuantitative Studies and Modelsapplied to advanced customer, product, and market management, with successful cases in European and Latin American countries in important sectors such as Telecommunications, Banking and Payment Methods, Insurance, Energy, Health & Wellness, and Tourism, among others.

José Luis holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and is also certified as an information systems auditor by ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association), as well as holding a PS inCustomer Experience Management anda European Certificate inRelationship Marketing fromESIC. He also has teaching experience at the UPM and the Carlos III University of Madrid, in addition to having served for several years as an associate professor in the Customer Experience Program at the IE Business School. José Luis has published articles in national and international conferences and journals and is co-author of the book "Customer Experience" (Editorial LID, 2015), developed by Brain Trust CS in collaboration with the IE Business School. GABRIEL PAGOLA

Gabriel Pagola, International Partner at the firm, has been responsible for BrainTrust – CS operations in Latin America since September 2006. Prior to taking charge of setting up the offices in this region, he collaborated in the creation of consulting areas specializing inAdvanced Customer Management and Customer Experience, leading consulting and advisory projects in digital transformation and end-user-related business processes. Throughout his career, he has lived in Argentina, Portugal, Spain, and France, leading negotiation and alliance missions for his clients in South Africa, the United States, Italy, and Brazil. Gabriel Pagola holds a university degree in Systems Analysis from the National University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and has taught Mathematical Models and Operational Research at this institution for more than four years. He currently also teaches as an Associate Professor at the IE Business School in Madrid (Spain).

Francisco spent much of his career as a partner at Accenture Strategy, leading large-scale projects in Spain and Portugal for two decades. At the helm of the Talent and Organization practice, he drove transformation and change strategies for leading companies in sectors such as consumer goods, retail, professional services, utilities, banking, telecommunications, insurance, and sports.

Alongside this solid track record in the world of consulting, throughout his professional career Francisco has held positions of responsibility in various sectors, such as managing the Development Systems business in Portugal, chairing Hastee Spain & Portugal—leading its expansion and integration into the multinational Zellis—and chairing the AD Mérida football club, which he professionalized after its acquisition.

JOSE IGNACIO SANCHEZ BUTRAGUEÑO

José Ignacio brings with him a deep understanding of the tourism and leisure sector, where he has developed his professional career since 2000, holding management positions in various international companies, as well as strategic advisory roles in "big four" consulting firms. He is an expert in commercial strategy, pricing, marketing, and business development, and his mission is to bring this experience, know-how, and global vision to our clients, with a special focus on revenue generation, profitability maximization, digitalization, sustainability, and improving the customer experience.

Prior to joining Braintrust in 2021, he worked as Senior Advisor at Deloitte for the Travel sector, Vice President of Revenue Strategy at NH Hotel Group, Global Director of Revenue Management & Distribution at Parques Reunidos, and Director of Revenue Management – EMEA at Meliá Hotels International. He has also been a member of the International Advisory Board of Leading Hotels of the World and the technology company Duetto, and is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Playback, a leading technology company in the ticketing sector. In addition, José Ignacio is an Associate Professor at IE Business School and collaborates on various Master's degrees in tourism with URJC, Politécnica de Madrid, IFFE Business School, and Ostelea. He holds a Diploma in Documentation from the Complutense University, a Diploma in Tourism Companies from the UNED, and a Postgraduate Degree in International Hotel Management from Les Roches and in Digital Marketing from ESIC.

ANGEL GARCÍA BUTRAGUEÑO

Ángel García Butragueñojoined Brain Trust CS in March 2009 ashead of the Tourism and Leisure division, withthe aim of contributing to the development, growth, and diversification of the firm, bringing with himmore than 30 years of experience in the tourism industry. His mission isto promote high-value consulting servicesto companies and institutions inthe tourism sector in Spain and Portugalin order to foster their development, innovation, competitiveness, differential values, and profitability. Ángel has held various positions of responsibility in different prestigious companies and industry groups. His professional career includesvarious areas of responsibility at American Express, reaching the position of General Manager in 2001. He was European Vice President of American Express Business Travel in 2005, with the aim of designing the company's strategy in various European markets. He was also a member of the Management Committee of American Express Spain. He was appointed President of GEBTA, the largest business travel group in Spain, in 2007 and 2008. Ángel has a degree in Business and Tourism Management and an MBA from IESE (University of Navarra), complementing his training with various programs in customer management, process management, strategic marketing, strategic management, coaching, and team leadership.

MANUEL SUÁREZ

Manuel Suárez, a collaborator with Brain Trust since the firm's inception, has also been Associate Director of Brain Trust CS since early 2009 for the Organization and HR practice. Manuel has more than 20 years of experience in strategic and process consulting, as well as in the areas of Organization, Human Resources, and Quality. Since joining the firm, he has expanded his field of activity to projects in the areas ofCompetitive Intelligence and Customer Experience Management. He has participated in and led projects in different sectors, especially in the Telco sector. Manuel has also been Head of Communication and People at Brain Trust since 2016 and has been a member of the firm's Advisory Committee since its inception. Manuel has a degree in Organizational Psychology from the UCM and has extensive specialized training in the areas of Industrial Organization, Human Resources, and Quality. Tomás Ibáñezhas been Associate Director and International Senior Consultant at the firm since July 2010. He is an expert in the field of Customer Experience Management at an international level. JOAQUÍN GUIRAO

Joaquín Guirao—or Kiko, as he likes to be called—joined BRAINTRUST in March 2022 as Associate Director, to drive business and corporate development with a global reach. Kiko Guirao began his adventure in the world of design in the 1990s as CEO of Teknoland, one of Spain's first digital agencies, where they designed projects for the internet and no one—not even themselves—knew what a digital product was. Then, in 2001, he co-founded DNX with a focus on usability and interaction design. He grew and developed the company into a leading innovation and strategic design consultancy, culminating his global vocation by merging with other European companies to create Designit, one of Europe's leading players in the strategic design sector, where he has spent the last 22 years. Kiko has a degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master's in Financial Markets from the Carlos III Business School.

LUIS E. CORTÉS

Luis is a professional with more than 10 years of experience in the hotel industry, specializing in revenue management, commercial strategy, and operations. He has developed his career in leading companies such as Meliá Hotels International and NH Hotel Group, at an international level. He stands out for his business acumen and his great ability to analyze and evaluate the market, define strategies, and maximize product profitability, with a strong focus on sales and pricing, as well as forecasting, market analysis, budgeting, and profitability analysis.

FABIAN GONZALEZ

After several years balancing his work at Toshiba with his studies in telecommunications engineering, he decided to change direction and graduated top of his class in Hotel Management from the UAH. Since then, more than 20 years ago, he has held various positions in the tourism industry related to technology and hotel innovation.

After six years leading the ICT department at the Instituto Tecnológico Hotelero, in 2014 he founded The Digital Band, a boutique marketing and digital product development firm for tourism companies, which he combines with his role as an analyst for the Spanish market at Phocuswright.

In 2018, he created the Forward_Travel project, which aims to develop the luxury segment in emerging destinations, and he now works at Braintrust as Director of the Luxury Division. A regular speaker at tourism industry conferences, he also collaborates with various universities and business schools.

RAQUEL REYES

Raquel Reyes has a degree in Art History from the Autonomous University of Madrid and is an expert in Cultural Tourism Heritage from the University of Cádiz and in Quality Standards. She also has postgraduate studies in applied statistics from the UNED, which has allowed her to actively participate in BI projects linked to the development of quantitative models and data analysis in different sectors.
Currently Senior Manager at the firm, with fifteen years of consulting experience, specializing in experience delivered through face-to-face and remote channels. He has participated in numerous projects related to Customer Experience Management and Customer Service Operations in sectors such as Telco, Banking, Energy, and Insurance, as well as in Strategy Design for the tourism sector, focusing on both travelers and the quality of life of the inhabitants themselves.
Previously, and for more than 10 years, he held positions of responsibility in service analysis and improvement at companies such as IZO Systems and Grupo Publicep.

MARIO DARNA

Senior Manager at the firm, he holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, specializing in Industrial Organization. Since 2008, he has participated in Competitive Intelligence, Market Research, and Strategic Consulting projects for large corporations in the Telco, Insurance, Energy, Logistics, and Distribution sectors, among others. Prior to joining BRAINTRUST, Mario gained experience as an internal consultant at Grupo Telefónica (Strategic Innovation Management and Internal Customer Management division) and in the aeronautical industry, within the Airbus EADS CASA Group.

AGUSTÍN ALCAZAR

Senior manager at Brain Trust, with a degree in Mathematics from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He has been part of BRAINTRUST since 2008, where he has been in charge of the team of analysts specializing in research and data mining since joining the company. He currently leads projects in some of the leading telecommunications, tourism, and banking companies in Spain. Prior to joining BRAINTRUST, Agustín developed his professional career at the National Statistics Institute (INE), performing analysis and information dissemination tasks in various fields.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's degree in Human Resources. With more than 15 years of experience in HR projects, she joined BRAINTRUST, where she develops and implements consulting projects in different areas of the firm's activity, both in strategic consulting and competitive intelligence for various sectors: energy, insurance, telecommunications, and automotive.

GUILHEM GOT

Guilhem is a senior engineer in applied mathematics. After ten years of experience in software engineering, he specialized in people-centered innovation methodologies and digital product design. Since then, he has designed solutions, participating in everything from user research to usability evaluation, including the design and prototyping of graphical and conversational interfaces. His background in software engineering gives him an added advantage when it comes to supporting technical teams in implementing designs. He joined the BRAINTRUST team in 2014, participating in strategic projects and interface definition, applying best practices in people-centered design.
