On May 10, 11, and 12, the Executive Program "Customer Experience Management / How to increase sales by managing the customer experience"took place at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.
The program, co-directed by Jose Luis Ruiz, Partner at Brain Trust CS responsible for Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, and UX practices, featured several Brain Trust CS partners and associates who are experts in Customer Experience Management and have experience implementing CEM methodologies in various Brain Trust projects and clients, both in Spain and Latin America. The program reviewed the CEM methodology and presented several success stories.
