The Executive Program "Customer Experience Management / How to increase sales by managing the customer experience" was held at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid on May 10, 11 and 12.
The programme, co-directed by Jose Luis Ruiz, Partner at Brain Trust CS responsible for Customer Experience, Digital Transformation and UX practices, was attended by several partners and associates of Brain Trust CS, experts in Customer Experience Management and with experience in implementing CEM methodologies in several projects and clients of Brain Trust, both in Spain and Latin America. In the programme, the CEM methodology was reviewed and several success stories were presented.
