OUR BEGINNINGS
The firm was founded in Madrid by Juan Bosco de la Rocha, focusing primarily on the telecommunications sector.
2006
WE ARE EXPANDING INTERNATIONALLY
We began executing projects outside Spain, with our first clients in the telecommunications sector in Portugal and Brazil.
We are opening offices in Latin America and relocating our headquarters.
Opening of offices in Buenos Aires (Argentina), São Paulo (Brazil), and Santiago (Chile). New headquarters in the Natea Business Park building, Alcobendas, Madrid.
2008
WE BEGAN WORKING IN OTHER SECTORS
We are firmly committed to banking, and are taking our first steps in other sectors (fashion, consumer goods, institutions, etc.).

WE CONTINUE WITH DIVERSIFICATION
We began our journey in the insurance and utilities (energy) sectors.

WE ARE OPENING A NEW OFFICE IN SANTIAGO, CHILE
The consolidation of our business in this market has led us to establish a base in Chile.

We began executing projects in the country with expatriate teams from our headquarters in Spain as well as from other offices in South America.

CEM BOOK AND PROGRAM AT THE IE BUSINESS SCHOOL
BRAINTRUST partners and associates, experts in customer experience, publish the book "Customer Experience" (Ed. Lid) and launch the Executive Course in Customer Experience Management at the Instituto de Empresa.

PARTNERSHIP WITH DELL/EMC
We have entered into a partnership with Dell/EMC to promote and develop digital transformation projects in Latin America.

WE ARE REBRANDING
We have revamped our brand image and opened an office in Seville (Spain) to boost business in the region.

We have formed a partnership with the consulting firm VASS to promote and develop joint projects.

WE OVERCAME THE PANDEMIC
At BRAINTRUST, we managed to overcome the pandemic without laying off anyone in the organization.

TELEWORKING
Following the pandemic, we implemented a hybrid office attendance system, achieving 60% teleworking.
