We continue to increase our client portfolio, which includes a large number of travel agencies, tour operators and bed and breakfasts, hotel chains, airlines, mobility companies, technology companies in the industry, leisure and catering firms, as well as a large number of tourist destinations that ask us for help in their transformation and adaptation to the times to come, where we are specialists in designing strategic plans for sustainable tourism, thus closing the circle of a new way of approaching tourism activity in the future".

José Ignacio Sánchez Butragueño said he was "tremendously excited" to take on this new challenge and added that "BRAINTRUST is not a consulting firm like any other". I have been impressed by the enthusiasm, humility, flexibility, proximity and work capacity of the entire team, from the partners to the consultants and analysts. My objective is to put all these values at the service of clients in the hotel and leisure sector, together with the firm's power in strategic, analytical, technological and transformation capabilities, contributing my experience, knowledge and vision from the real client's side as a differential value with respect to other firms, which tend to fall into somewhat corseted and inbred consulting formats, to help companies recover from the crisis generated by the COVID, and strengthen them with a strong focus on future growth through revenue generation, maximising profitability, digitalisation, sustainability and improving the experience".
