As we did a week ago, we propose to the readers of the BRAINTRUST blog an infographic to visualise the most relevant things that await us in this new year in terms of the disciplines and subjects of greatest importance in our services. On this occasion, we address the Customer Experience, a condition sine qua non of all companies that really aim to lead their market in the coming years. In this new decade that we are about to begin, there is no excuse for not orienting activity towards CX, and as we will see in the infographic that accompanies us today, it is still a very attractive market not to be missed: when it comes down to it, less than a third of companies have really taken this leap.
A commitment that is inevitable because the data further supports the positions that we have always maintained in certain areas: an adequate Customer Experience generates more business both directly and through loyalty, recommendation or brand recall. All of these are advantages. The time is now, if you haven't done it before. This is what 2020 looks like:
